NHS England has updated the Cancer Drugs Fund List. The latest version (v1.382) was uploaded to the NHS England Website on Thursday 8, January 2026.

For use in treatment-naïve patients with advanced, favourable risk, renal cell carcinoma where the following criteria have been met
Indication column updated; Treatment criteria (#2 and 10) removed; Treatment criteria (#3 and 9) updated; ‘CDF Managed Access Scheme’ column updated; Date moving into routine commissioning updated
Osimertinib (OSI2)
For the first line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor mutation-positive non- small cell lung cancer in adults where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criteria (#3 and 7) updated; Treatment criteria (#4, 5, 8 and 10) removed
