NHS England has updated the Cancer Drugs Fund List. The latest version (v1.408) was uploaded to the NHS England Website on Thursday 24, September 2026.
The following changes have been introduced:
Daratumumab in combination (with bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) (DAR6)
For UNTREATED multiple myeloma when a stem cell transplant is UNSUITABLE where the following criteria have been met
Moved into routine commissioning - section B of list
Daratumumab in combination (with bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) (DAR7a)
Daratumumab in combination (with bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) for UNTREATED multiple myeloma when a stem cell transplant is SUITABLE where the following criteria have been met
Indication updated
Daratumumab in combination with lenalidomide (DAR7b)
Daratumumab in combination with lenalidomide as maintenance treatment for patients with multiple myeloma, who have undergone an autologous stem cell transplant where the following criteria have been met
Indication updated
platinum-resistant Mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIR1)
For treating folate receptor-alpha-positive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer where the following criteria have been met
Moved into routine commissioning - section B of list
Nirogacestat (NIRO1)
Nirogacestat for treating progressing desmoid tumours that need systemic treatment in adults where the following criteria have been met
Recommended for routine commissioning, receiving CDF interim funding
Trastuzumab deruxtecan (TRAD3)
Trastuzumab deruxtecan for treating HER- 2 low metastatic or unresectable breast cancer after chemotherapy where the following criteria have been met
