The standardised UK SACT Consent Forms which are hosted on the CRUK Website have been updated.
According to the CRUK Webpage, the latest updates took place on Tuesday 1, September 2026 and made the following updates:
- Zanidatamab consent form added for HPB cancers, New consent forms added for lung cancer
- Amivantamab with Carboplatin and Pemetrexed
- Cemiplimab with Carboplatin and Paclitaxel
- Cemiplimab with Carboplatin and Pemetrexed
- Encorafenib with Binimetinib
