NHS England updates CDF List

NHS England has updated the Cancer Drugs Fund List. The latest version (v1.404) was uploaded to the NHS England Website on Tuesday 23, June 2026.

The following changes have been introduced:

Cemiplimab (CEM3)

To treat recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that has progressed on or after platinum-based chemotherapy where the following criteria have been met

Recommended for routine commissioning, receiving CDF interim funding

NA (EPC2)

Moved into routine commissioning - section B of list

Cemiplimab with platinum-based chemotherapy (CEM2)

For untreated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer where the following criteria have been met

Date moving into routine commissioning updated

Serplulimab in combination with carboplatin and etoposide (SER1) ## Serplulimab in combination with carboplatin and etoposide (SER1)

For the first-line treatment of adult patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer where the following criteria have been met For the first-line treatment of adult patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer where the following criteria have been met

Tisotumab vedotin (TISV1)

For treating recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that has progressed on or after systemic treatment where the following criteria have been met

Atezolizumab in combination with carboplatin and etoposide (ATE7)

For the first-line treatment of adult patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer where the following criteria have been met

Treatment criterion (#1, 2, 3, 5 and 9) updated; Treatment criterion (#2, 4, 11 and 12) removed

Daratumumab in combination (with bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) (DAR6)

For UNTREATED multiple myeloma when a stem cell transplant is UNSUITABLE where the following criteria have been met

Treatment criteria (#8) updated

Durvalumab in combination with etoposide plus either carboplatin or cisplatin (DUR4)

For the first-line treatment of adult patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer where the following criteria have been met

Treatment criterion (#1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9) updated; Treatment criterion (#2, 4, 8, 12 and 13) removed
