NHS England updates CDF List
NHS England has updated the Cancer Drugs Fund List. The latest version (v1.407) was uploaded to the NHS England Website on Friday 18, September 2026.
The following changes have been introduced:
Abemaciclib (in combination with an negative, aromatase inhibitor) breast (ABEM1)
The treatment of previously untreated, hormone receptor-positive, HER2- locally advanced or metastatic cancer where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 3 and 10) updated
Abemaciclib positive, (in combination with fulvestrant) (ABEM2)
The treatment of hormone receptor- HER2-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 7,12 and 13) updated
Daratumumab (with bortezomib, and (DAR7a)
Daratumumab in combination with lenalidomide as maintenance treatment for patients with multiple myeloma, who have undergone an autologous stem cell transplant where the following criteria have been met
Recommended for routine commissioning, receiving CDF interim funding
Daratumumab with lenalidomide (DAR7b)
Daratumumab in combination (with bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) for UNTREATED multiple myeloma when a stem cell transplant is SUITABLE where the following criteria have been met
Recommended for routine commissioning, receiving CDF interim funding
For Durvalumab resectable with chemotherapy (DUR9)
neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatment then alone for adjuvant treatment of gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma where the following criteria have been met
Moved into routine commissioning - section B of list
Cemiplimab (CEM2)
For untreated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer where the following criteria have been met
Moved into routine commissioning - section B of list
lymphoma Epcoritamab monotherapy included (EPC1)
For the treatment of previously treated adult patients with diffuse large B-cell who have received 2 or more lines of systemic therapy which have polatuzumab vedotin unless the use of polatuzumab vedotin was contraindicated where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 8,10,11,13,14,15,16 and 17) updated
Epcoritamab Epcoritamab relapsed/refractory monotherapy (EPC2)
monotherapy for previously treated adult patients with follicular lymphoma who have received 2 or more lines of systemic therapy where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 4 and 8) updated
Ibrutinib (IBR12)
Ibrutinib with R-CHOP for untreated mantle cell lymphoma when a stem cell transplant is suitable
Recommended for routine commissioning, receiving CDF interim funding
Nivolumab Nivolumab (NIV26 (M4C))
plus ipilimumab for previously untreated patients with microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) metastatic or locally advanced and inoperable colorectal cancer in POST-PUBESCENT children (as referenced in TA1065)
Clinical Commissioning Policy: added directly into routine commissioning - section B of list
chemotherapy Osimertinib of in combination with pemetrexed and platinum- lung based chemotherapy factor 21 (OSI4)
Osimertinib in combination with pemetrexed and platinum-based for the first line treatment adult patients with recurrent or locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell cancer exhibiting epidermal growth receptor exon 19 deletions or exon (L858R) substitution mutations where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 5 and 11) updated
unresectable Osimertinib monotherapy chemoradiotherapy (OSI5)
For treating EGFR mutation positive locally advanced non-small- cell lung cancer after platinum-based where the following criteria have been met

For treating over-expressed HER2 positive unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in patients who have received 2 or more anti-HER2 therapies and who have received trastuzumab emtansine in the advanced/metastatic disease setting where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 2,11,12 and 14) updated
deruxtecan (TRAD2)
For treating over-expressed HER2 positive unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in patients who have received 1 or more anti-HER2 therapies and who are treatment-naïve for trastuzumab emtansine in the advanced/metastatic disease setting where the following criteria have been met
Treatment criterion (#1, 2,12,13 and 15) updated
deruxtecan (TRAD3)
Trastuzumab deruxtecan for treating HER- 2 low metastatic or unresectable breast cancer after chemotherapy where the following criteria have been met
